Dr. Netolicky completed his MD at the University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine, and completed his residency at the University of Iowa Hospitals and clinics. He has a practice encompassing all of Adult Psychiatry with special interests in treating depression, anxiety, and bipolar illness. He is board-certified in Adult Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.

Dr Hotsenpiller has been an Adult Psychiatrist at the Cedar Centre since 2007. He attended The Chicago Medical School where he completed his MD and PhD (Neuroscience). He came to Iowa to complete his four years of Psychiatry residency at the University of Iowa, and was the Chief Resident during his last year. Dr Hotsenpiller completed fellowships in neuropharmacology and neurogenesis. He has received several honors/awards including from The National Institutes of Health and The American Medical Association. Dr Hotsenpiller treats a broad spectrum of psychiatric conditions with an emphasis on mood (including depression and bipolar affective disorder) and anxiety (including generalized anxiety, OCD, and PTSD) disorders.

Dr Weldon is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in Adult Psychiatry. She completed medical training and Adult Psychiatry Residency at the University of Iowa. She has been in practice for more than ten years. She works with patients with a wide range of mental health disorders. Areas of special interest include perinatal medicine (mental health in pregnancy and postpartum period), depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety including obsessive-compulsive disorder, panic disorder, and post traumatic stress disorder. She has training in transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS). Dr Weldon provides psychiatric evaluations and treatment services for adults age 18 and over. She understands medication is not the answer for every patient and works in a collaborative way towards the patient’s goals. She provides in-person appointments and telehealth appointments for established patients.

Dr. Wheeler has practiced at the Cedar Centre since 2023. She completed her MD and PhD at the University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine and completed Psychiatry residency at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. She enjoys combining medication management and psychotherapy. Specific interests include depression, anxiety, perinatal mental health, PTSD, and psychotherapeutic treatment of OCD. She is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
